This blog is for new mothers. It’s all about food or meals preparation for your baby.How to make their eating routine?
Here are few tips you can follow to make your baby healthy and active.

1- when baby is born he only take milk. Breast feed or formula milk so till 4 months no food preparation needed
2- when your baby turns 5 months start giving him cerelac with water make it very runny or thin paste.
3- when your baby turns 6 start solids like mesh bananas in yogurt. Mesh fruits and vegetables. 
4- Give milkshakes and juices to your baby
5- when he turns 7,8 months start to give him salad like let him hold cucumber and meat in hand and eat himself.
6- Develop the habit of eating everything let him hold in hand and eat. Whatever you eat try to give him for taste.
These all were the traditional food ideas we already know now coming towards making their food habit

Eating schedule: 

Make a routine of your baby as soon as you introduce solids.

1- when he wakes up in the morning try to follow a schedule routine 
Give him one fig dipped in olive oil at least overnight , three days or for forty days. Let him hold this in hand and eat himself
2- give your baby one seedless date and pumpkin seeds after fig
3- now give him a spoon or spoons of yogurt with one spoon of honey in it and 5,6 black seeds.
4-  you can give breakfast to your baby now

Breakfast ideas:


you can give semolina in lunch or breakfast as well
A-Fry two table spoons of semolina in a small container with Desi ghee or coconut/ olive oil for few minutes till it gets light brown and it’s aroma comes. Now you can add milk or water according to your preference along with brown sugar  
you can also give him over night oats in yogurt or milk with honey,fruits, and grinded dry fruits. 
B-It can be fried egg or boiled egg and chapati or bread and rice whatever you prefer.



5- Two hours after breakfast give you baby a small glass of milk with honey 
6- Then we can give our baby cucumber or mesh fruit and vegetable 
7- you can give chicken, mutton to your baby on dinner or lunch
8- Try giving your baby water as well with chia seeds and flaxseed 
9- you can grate and boil pumpkin mix it with yogurt or milk finally it’s ready for baby
10- Try to find out what he likes the most and give him 
11- you can give him black seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed when he gets proper teeth and biting skills.
12- give him water mixed with honey daily
13- you can make wheat chapati with desi ghee add brown sugar and mesh it till it becomes really soft.
14- Never introduce coke, pizza, burgers, artificial juices, white sugar, fried samosa, lays, chips or things fried outside to your baby make sure whatever he eats is healthy.
15- Give cereals to your baby
16- give crushed Almonds and walnut to your baby
Lunch and dinner will be rice or wheat flour with curry whatever is cooked at home.

That’s how you can work on your baby’s eating schedule and you can use ice tray to arrange fruits and vegetable snacks for baby. He will get attracted by different colors of fruits, eggs  and boiled or steamed vegetables
