Three magical recipes for pumpkin
I’m writing this blog to urge people to eat more vegetables. As I have written, cabbage/cauliflower, spinach, red kidney beans and chickpeas recipe so here I’m here with a few pumpkin recipes that can can camouflage this ingredient and eat it apart from traditional cooking. There are three pumpkin recipes.

Saggo seeds 4 tablespoon ( optional)
Bottle gourd pumpkin grated 2.4 tea cups
Honey and dates according to your taste

Three magical recipes of pumpkin:
1- pumpkin sweet dish dumpling
2- pumpkin kebab
3- pumpkin yogurt
Let’s see the first recipe
1- pumpkin yogurt:
Let’s start with our first recipe.
Grate pumpkin and boil it. After boiling squeeze the extra water and put it in yogurt with salt and black pepper your pumpkin yogurt is ready to be served or eaten by your baby very energetic.
2 pumpkin kebab:
Ingredients:
Split chickpeas 1cup already soaked
Pumpkin 500 grams
Ginger garlic paste 2table spoon
Cumin 1.5 tea spoon
Black pepper half tea spoon
Water 2 cups
Coriander 1 tea spoon
Green chilies 6
Bread crumbs
Egg for dipping one
Salt half tea spoon
Onion one medium
Red chilly half tea spoon
Method:
Take soaked and boiled split chickpeas after boiling put it in mixer blend the lentil to make a paste
Pumpkin 500 grams
Ginger garlic paste 2table spoon
Cumin 1.5 tea spoon
Black pepper half tea spoon
Water 2 cups
Coriander 1 tea spoon
Green chilies 6
Bread crumbs
Egg for dipping one
Salt half tea spoon
Onion one medium
Red chilly half tea spoon
Method:
Take soaked and boiled split chickpeas after boiling put it in mixer blend the lentil to make a paste
mix it along with all spices and onion with already grated pumpkin
add bread crumbs
give it a round or cylinder shape
dip it in egg
fry it.
If you don’t want to use split chickpeas you can use gram flour too
If you have left over of pumpkin split chickpeas the traditional which we cook then you can also use it by grinding it and giving it a shape then frying it
3 pumpkin dumpling:
Ingredients:
Milk Half liter
Saggo seeds 4 tablespoon ( optional)
Bottle gourd pumpkin grated 2.4 tea cups
Honey and dates according to your taste
Method:
1- grated pumpkin squeeze the extra water and fry it in quarter tea spoon butter or oil you can even fry it without any oil or butter just fry the water if it has any
2- put the air/ butter fried pumpkin aside
3-now take milk and boil it
4-you can add already soaked saggo seeds ( 15 minutes soak time) it’s optional you can skip it
5-mix saggo seeds in milk
add honey and dates in it
6- now mix fried pumpkin
7- dumpling is ready you can garnish it with dry fruits.
