Easy and yummy vegetable recipes to eat more vegetables
I am writing this food blog to tell people the most easiest and yummy recipe of vegetables. Sadly we people are so much into meat and non-veg. We should eat vegetables and fruits more but we are consuming non-veg more. I hope I make you people inclined towards eating more n more vegetables like I told you a very nice spinach omelet breakfast for your kids and family. Moreover I told the new recipe of consuming chickpeas, red kidney beans and egg fried cauliflower.
These are all the ways by which we can make our kids and family habitual of eating more and more vegetables in a very innovative and creative way. I will keep sharing such recipes in order to consume more vegetables. More vegetables in our diet will make us healthy and wealthy.
