Procedure


Take a rope of figs you can take fresh or dried that’s up to you. Wash them properly. Now dip all the fig in olive oil. Take an air tight jar and soak figs in olive oil. Soak in a way that every inch of fig is completely dipped in olive oil. Leave it for forty days in a dark and dry place. You can keep mixing it every other day. You should start taking it daily in the morning empty stomach from the day forty one.

If you are unable to wait for that long, at least soak figs in olive oil for three days and start taking it daily.

I am having one fig daily in the morning on an empty stomach and I feel energetic through out the day. It controls my indigestion and throat problems. It made me feel stronger than ever before.
