Iron deficiency occurs when the body lack the mineral iron. 1: spinach omelet:
Fry spinach with finely chopped onion and tomatoes
Now mix 2 eggs and salt pepper and your favorite spices.
Mix all the fried ( spinach, onion, tomatoes) mixture in eggs.
Fry it like a normal omelet
Your spinach omelet is ready.
Your will not even get to know any difference it would taste like a normal omelet but it would be a secret iron booster omelet.
2: Chickpeas salad:
Boil chickpeas and red kidney beans ( soaked over night with 1 table spoon baking soda ).
Add washed and finely chopped raw spinach ( do not add too much just a little)
Add one pomegranate
Lemon juice along with salt and black pepper according to your taste.
Add one apple
So your salad is ready full of nutrients yet tasty.
